You should store it in a cool, dry, and dark place. By doing so, your oil will remain fresher and more potent over time. If properly stored, Vestratek full-spectrum CBD can have up to 2-year shelf life!

The recommended daily dosage is up to 15 drops daily. The drops should be placed under the tongue and held there between 15 to 30 seconds, then swallowed.
If you are not a fan of the natural flavor of the full spectrum CBD oil, you can always take it with a cube of sugar, add it to your morning juice, and the like. Just make sure that you do not exceed the recommended dosage.
